Your Mission

As a Junior Product Manager, you will be deeply involved in the development of our ESG software portfolio. You will play a vital role in shaping our Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) solutions, thereby enabling companies to manage their climate impact and fulfill sustainability reporting requirements.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our product management team, you will develop into an expert for our carbon footprint solutions and work on their further development
In product development, you support the conception, requirements definition, design, implementation and rollout of new functions
You support other teams with questions about carbon footprint and play an important role in internal knowledge transfer
You also represent our solutions in direct customer contact

Your Experience

Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on sustainability
Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and climate strategy: Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) calculations, GHG Protocol Standard, reduction targets and measures
Ideally, additional knowledge in the area of product sustainability: carrying out Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) analyses
Initial relevant professional experience desirable, e.g. through internships in sustainability management or ESG consulting
Very good knowledge of German and English
Proactive and independent way of working
Strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams and the ability to convey complex information to target groups
Knowledge of software development is an advantage but not a requirement
