We are seeking a highly motivated Specialist to join our environmental team: This position will contribute to our company-wide strategic sustainability efforts with the goal of ensuring that the company’s sustainability efforts enhance business performance.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge and experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to support ENERCON life cycle assessment activities but above all – be passionate about all aspects of the Life Cycle Assessments and sustainability.

Your Tasks
- Compiling and assessing in- and output flows as well as potential environmental impacts according to ISO 14040 and 14044 over all life cycle phases
- Modelling, impact assessment and evaluation with LCA software (e.g. GaBi)
- Carrying out scenario, sensitivity and competitive analysis
- Defining and determining key indicators to evaluate environmental performance
- Consulting and supporting business units providing data and information for LCA
- Supporting the sustainability strategy implementation as well as the preparation of the sustainability report
Your Qualifications
- Degree in sustainability, engineering or natural sciences, preferably in the field of energy, climate change or environment
- Sound experience with LCA modelling, e.g. in GaBi/LCA for expert
- Knowledge of applying ISO norms as well as the preparing reports for different stakeholders
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, good German skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel to the headquarters in Northern Germany
