GPS is a functional organization responsible for broadly supporting the safety and sustainability of products and technologies and programs for the Company, with over 500 professionals globally. P&G has an extraordinary history of leading the development of environmental fate testing, exposure modeling, environmental effects and life cycle assessment methodologies. P&G is a founding organization and charter member of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC), and works frequently with government, academic, industry and non-governmental organizations to advance environmental safety and sustainability sciences. The environmental function publishes frequently with more than 800 publications in the peer reviewed literature since its inception.
We believe you will be an excellent fit if, you have:
- MS/BS degree in environmental science or engineering, with in-depth training and experience in environmental data analytics and modeling.
- Experience in LCA approaches and methodologies (Sigma Pro, OpenLCA, TEAM, and Gabi platforms) is helpful. Knowledge in life cycle-based sustainability metrices and measures would be a plus.
- Strong communication and partnership skills to enable seamless collaboration with customers and partners inside and outside the Company. You will join a team of scientists and technologists and will be expected to collaborate effectively with other scientists to advance technical and business initiatives.
