ACLCA and NJIT joined together to hold a transformational summit to bring the LCA and the design communities together to understand the what, why and how to transform the commercial design processes to allow life cycle knowledge to inform greener products/materials/packaging/buildings. I am honored to be part of the closing panel at LCA Design https://elcad.heysummit.com/ on realizing a vision https://elcad.heysummit.com/talks/realizing-a-vision-computation-possibilities/. After describing the joint project among FSLCI, ACLCA and SETAC to close the gap between LCA and the user community, I challenged the group to work together to make life cycle environmental performance as predominant as safety, quality, price and function are today in the product commercialization processes.
