Communication
If we want to change the way people think about how to operationalize sustainability, then we need to be heard. But more importantly, we need to be understood. That’s why we need to focus not only on what we say, but also how we say it!


Information
Equally important as how we communicate, is what we communicate! Information to this end needs to be scientifically sound, reliable and credible. It needs to be accessible and verifiable. Information is the single most important element that we can use to change peoples’ minds.
Community
A global push to achieve change relies on the support of the many. Not only in terms of outreach, but also in terms of credibility. The bigger the community is that seeks to drive change, the higher the impact will be. Growing the community is thus a key enabling factor to enhance our visibility through communication and ensure the credibility of our messaging.
