General Assembly

The General Assembly represents the entire membership of the FSLCI. The General Assembly is convened at least once per year. It elects up to 16 people into the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors encompasses a maximum of 24 individuals, of which a maximum of 16 can be voted into office by the General Assembly. The remaining 8 seats can be filled by invitation through the elected Board Members to organizations who can send a representative into the Board.

Committees

Committees on specific subjects can be formed by the Board of Directors to support the work of the Executive Committee.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is nominated by the Board of Directors. It encompasses a maximum of three people.
