Workshop on Life Cycle Approaches to Regional Sustainable Development

This invitation-only workshop on Life cycle Approaches to Regional Sustainable Development is intended as a workshop for regional representatives and their scientific advisers to assist the FSLCI in orienting our outreach program on LCA approaches for regional development. FSLCI has organized a number of summer schools on this subject and a number of our members have published a book with case studies and scientific advice.

The workshop is meant to serve as a starting point for a more structured outreach programs which we plan to launch in going forward (e.g. via Interreg, AER, …). The FSLCI has established a formal working group among its members. The workshop is intended as a consultative forum to gather advice, experience and further case studies to facilitate this move. We are especially interested to learn of similar work already under way in the regions and regional associations and how the work of our Group can best be structured to complement such initiatives.
