Hi product carbon footprint verifiers! I have the following issue: we recently finished an LCA with data from 2021-2022. We used 20 months to generate a stable life cycle. Hi Niels! Thanks for he reply. We are doing an ISO 14067 Carbon Footprint, so we don’t see a requirement to have one year of data (just to represent the system well). They are catalysing N2O. We know it’s working because there’s an N2O sensor now. We had been working with a much higher (referential) N2O emission factor and we are correcting to the…Read More

Hi Pia. Interesting. Normally you cannot filter out CO2. Do they try this or do they filter relevant emissions of CH4 or N2O? For EPD you should normally prove that the process is running for at least a year. So I think you would need some proof that this is really working. BR Niels
