About the position
Your tasks
- To manage and monitor the CSR roadmap for France, including carbon footprint assessments (Carbon Footprint), action plans and reporting, in line with global strategic directions.
- Represent the French entity in global CSR bodies and during cross-functional exchanges, ensuring that local issues and perspectives are brought to the international level.
- Ensure the operational implementation of CSR actions, monitor their progress and measure their effectiveness.
- Deploy targeted initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the company and its activities across the entire value chain.
- Lead the CSR committee and mobilize local teams to strengthen the internal culture around sustainability issues.
- Manage external assessments and reporting platforms, including EcoVadis, and lead the associated continuous improvement processes.
- Responding to customer requests regarding CSR topics, in close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- To monitor regulatory and strategic developments and trends in CSR, then formulate recommendations to support the company’s positioning.
- Perform various administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Your profile
- Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainable development, environmental science or an equivalent discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of CSR or sustainable development.
- Prior experience in Carbon Footprint management is an asset.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bilingual French/English, with professional proficiency in both languages.
- Autonomous, organized and capable of independently managing projects from conception to completion.
