Intern Sustainability Consulting (all genders)

To support our consulting team, we are looking for a motivated Intern Sustainability Consulting (all genders) – and a true Friend.

• The paid internship at Scholz & Friends offers you an entry into the strategic and project-oriented work of a sustainability consultancy and can be carried out as a voluntary internship (up to 3 months) or a mandatory internship (up to 6 months).
• You will have the opportunity to contribute conceptually to and shape projects for our clients from various industries.
• You support your team with research tasks and general preparatory work in day-to-day business.

Here you won’t end up in just any department, but in a team that sticks together, inspires each other and celebrates successes together.

• You are enrolled as a student and would like to complete the internship as part of your studies, either as a mandatory internship or on a voluntary basis.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in the context of sustainability issues (e.g. in a sustainability department, consultancy, ministry, etc.) and terms such as CSRD, CSDDD, EmpCo, EUDR, PPWR, etc. are familiar to you.
• You have a structured, independent and meticulous work style and bring commitment, reliability, teamwork and communication skills to the team.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, are passionate about sustainability issues, and speak fluent German (C2) and good English (B2-C1).
• You have gained initial experience with the common MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and are interested in AI-supported work.
