Circular Construction Consultant (f/m/d), Berlin

Your role and responsibilities

As part of our team in Berlin, you will advise and support our clients, such as project developers, manufacturers, planners, and construction companies, in the implementation of circular construction and deconstruction projects. You will also support R&D projects. With your expertise, excellent technical advice, and proactive planning, you will ensure the successful completion of every project for all stakeholders.

• You create the plans and ensure the smooth implementation of complex customer projects.
• You will guide the project team and our project partners through the process and ensure a cooperative working relationship.
• Your project partners can rely on you to provide them with proactive and solution-oriented advice on technical and procedural issues.
• You reliably monitor project controlling, budget allocation, and always keep an eye on resource planning.
• When implementing projects, you always keep the operational added value for the company in mind and identify options for further use (development of innovative solutions).
• You proactively maintain contact with customers as a basis for developing new projects.

Your profile

• You have sound professional experience in carrying out projects for clients in the construction and real estate industry.
• You are proficient in using common LCA software and databases (e.g., OneClick LCA, CAALA, eLCA or ÖKOBAUDAT) as well as in accounting according to DIN EN 15978.
• You independently create compelling customer presentations.
• You are confident in writing results publications, reports, documentation, or manuals.
• Coordinating stakeholders and communicating on equal terms is familiar territory for you.
• You are able to develop and implement workshops for the collaborative development of solutions.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
