Project employee for life cycle assessment (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Conducting life cycle assessments in accordance with ISO 14040/44 and DIN EN 15804
Process support in the creation of the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for our four European locations and their products
Supporting the project team and the involved departments throughout the process and ensuring a cooperative working relationship.
A keen sense for operational added value and the further development of the company
Supporting the department management in current sustainability projects beyond life cycle assessment and actively promoting a sustainable future
Main work location in Losheim am See
Willingness to travel to all plant locations and to engage in direct communication with the specialist departments on site.

Your profile

Completed university degree (Diploma/Master/Bachelor) in the fields of environmental science or environmental planning/environmental engineering or environmental protection.
Ideally, you already have initial experience in life cycle assessment (LCA) and LCA methodologies/standards, with basic knowledge of assessing environmental impacts.
Entry-level professionals are also welcome.
Enjoyment of independent, economic and self-reliant action
Good technical understanding and solid MS Office skills
Prior experience with databases, sustainability software (e.g., Osapiens), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
Excellent German skills and fluent English.
