Earlier this week we organized our third #SustainabilityInsights workshop, which brought around 50 participants (physical and virtual) together to explore how companies can move beyond reporting and use LCA and GHG data to create real value.

Discussions covered a lot of different aspects from science-based targets and the EU Omnibus package to mass balance, supplier-specific data, and handprint vs footprint debates 😊

Some key takeaways:
✔️ Scope 3 data is critical—but accuracy ≠ specificity
✔️ Handprints are great for storytelling, but not (yet) fit for corporate reporting
✔️ Collaboration between procurement, engineering & sustainability teams is essential
✔️ AI and digital tools can help—but only with transparency and standards

It was great to see everyone contribute to the discussion on a possible path from data to action—and help identify key areas where practice still needs to catch up with ambition. 💡
