FSLCI General Assembly 2024

We invite you to save the date and join us for this year's General Assembly. The General Assembly will take place in Berlin at our offices at Machwerk from 2:30 - 5pm, but you can also join us virtually from the comfort of your couch!

In addition to the usual update on the FSLCI's activities, finances and the election of a new Board of Directors and Cash Auditors, we will also discuss and vote on a few proposed changes to the FSLCI's charter, which we will share with you in the coming weeks.

• 3:05pm - Discharge of outgoing members of the Board of Directors
• 3:10pm - Vote on the number of seats for the next Board of Directors
• 3:15pm - Board Member Candidate Presentations
• 3:30pm - Vote on Board Member candidates
• 3:45pm - Election of the cash auditors
• 3:50pm - Discussion of Charter Amendments
• 4:10pm - Vote on Charter Amendments
• 4:20pm - Overview of planned activities
• 4:30pm - Open discussion
• 5:00pm - Closure
