Why:

Managers often lack the time and interest to familiarise themselves with methodological questions. Still, educating them about the general benefits of taking a life cycle based approach is key in order to achieve tangible change in a companies’ business.

How:

We plan to develop a training programme which is build around the business case for taking a life cycle perspective. It would focus on the overall benefit and specific examples to build life cycle thinking into existing company processes. The training would focus on providing companies with better tools to communicate to their Executives.
