      Dear *|FNAME|*,

I hope I find you well. Today I’m writing you to invite you to an extraordinary General Assembly of the FSLCI, which will take place on the 16. November 2015 from 2 – 3pm CET. Please note that remote participation will be enabled so all members will be able to participate from around the world.

The extraordinary General Assembly is organized to ensure the full functionality of the current Board of Directors in going forward. As you know, Stephan Krinke resigned recently from the Board of Directors. As a consequence, the Board is currently only composed out of six members. This is in contradiction with the decision taken by the General Assembly in September that the Board should be composed out of seven members.

In order to address this mismatch, we have decided to convene an extraordinary General Assembly to have you, as our members, decide between the following two options:

      • 1. Option: Until the next General Assembly in 2016, the number of seats of the Board of Directors is changed to six.
      • 2. Option: The current Board of Directors shall organize a complete reelection process to fill the seventh seat.
Please note that if a majority of our members is going to opt for the second option, the reelection process (nomination, candidacy, General Assembly) will take some 6-8 weeks to be completed.

We will provide you with all relevant information concerning your remote participation at the extraordinary General Assembly in due time.

Thank you very much for your understanding and have a nice weekend.

      Kind regards,
Martina (on behalf of the Board of Directors of the FSLCI)
