In contrast to other methodological approaches, the concept of life cycle thinking is largely unknown to the general public. If decision-makers are to be expected to base their decision-making on life cycle thinking, the concept needs to be understood as well by the consumer. Here communication material and strategies are needed which are tailored to a variety of audiences.
We plan to develop key messages and communication material that specifically targets the general public. A complete communication campaign would be developed which would use a variety of means, such as short videos, fact sheets and other material to reach people’s minds. To this end we would work together with journalists and media agencies to realize full fledged media campaigns that actually reach the consumer.
