Registration for the General Assembly

Dear FSLCI members, we’re absolutely thrilled to announce that the next General Assembly of the FSLCI e.V. will take place on the 2nd of September in Bordeaux, France right after the Closing Ceremony of the LCM 2015 from 5 – 7pm.

The main objective of the General Assembly is to vote into office a new Board of Directors. For a detailed overview of the General Assembly’s responsibilities, please review our charter and find the tentative agenda below:

17:00 – 17:15: Report on the annual target and strategies of the association

17:15 – 17:30: Acceptance of the annual report of the Board of Directors

17:30 – 17:45: Report of the cash auditor

17:45 – 17:50: Discharge of the Board of Directors

17:50 – 18:20: Election of the new members of the Board of Directors

18:20 – 18:25: Election of the cash auditor

18:25 – 15:35: Decision on changes of the charter

18:35 – 18:45: Approval of the allowances policy

18:45 – 19:00 Closure and Outlook
