At the beginning of the SETAC Europe 26th Annual Meeting, and following an annual tradition, young researchers from CIRAD-Montpellier and INRA-Rennes would like to invite you to a nice evening with your fellow LCA colleagues attending the conference. They propose an evening stroll from the conference venue around the castle of the Dukes of Brittany (Château des Ducs de Bretagne), through the “isle” of Nantes (Île de Nantes, Quai des Antilles) and arriving at O Deck, a floating restaurant overlooking the Loire river. An aperitif will be served followed by a typical French dinner: an entrée, a main dish and a café gourmand (coffee with a sampling of deserts).
Prices: Early bird (until March 31): 60€ (40€ for students*) Regular price (from March 31 until April 30): 70€ (50€ for students*) *Proof of studentship is required. The price includes the aperitif and the dinner with a glass of wine. A vegetarian option is available.
Please save the date and register as soon as possible, by sending an email to Angel Avadí ([email protected]), specifying if you are a student or if you have any dietary requirement. You will be sent your bill/invoice via PayPal and later a confirmation of your payment (please bring a printout to Nantes, it will serve as your ticket). You will be informed of further details in due time before the conference. Restaurant O Deck and The Crane All places are within close distance, and walking the Isle of Nantes at night is just wonderful.
