Until this Thursday, this year’s CILCA conference is taking place in Lima, Peru. If you happen to be at the conference, use this opportunity to get in touch with other members. A number of our Board Members are also present and happy to discuss the FSLCI’s progress with you! Also, make sure to reach out to your colleagues and inform them about the FSLCI and invite them to join! Help us grow our community! Reminder: Call for nominations for Board Membership 
The Board of Directors is the principal organ of the FSLCI to govern and take strategic decisions, as outlined in our charter here. In preparation for the upcoming General Assembly of the FSLCI on the 2nd of September in Bordeaux, France, we’re inviting you today to nominate yourself or any other FSLCI member to become part of the Board of Directors. Please find below all relevant dates: - Deadline for Nominations: 15th of July
- List of candidates is published: 3rd of August
- Deadline for Agenda Item proposals: 7th of August
- Agenda for the meeting is published: 10th of August
- General Assembly: 2nd of September
Nominations can be submitted via the corresponding form which is available in the ‘FSLCI Announcements’ Forum on our website (you need to be logged-in to access the form).Please note: To allow for better participation of our members, the General Assembly has been moved to the 2nd of September and will take place from 5 – 7pm right after the Closing Ceremony of the LCM 2015.
Reminder: Participate in the Inaugural Forum on Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation The Inaugural Forum on Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation will take place just after the LCM 2015 conference in the morning of the 3rd of September in Bordeaux. It will focus mainly on the following three subjects, which will be discussed in an open workshop format:
- Principles for the community to accelerate the application of life cycle information
- Enhancing Communication to mainstream Life Cycle Management
- The role of Life Cycle approaches in management accounting
