Dear *|FNAME|*, we hope we find you well. Let us start by apologizing to you for the significant delay on multiple fronts. We’ve been super busy behind the scenes, getting ready for LCM 2015, our own event and of course the forthcoming General Assembly. As such we’re unfortunately behind on our initially published schedule. We will share all relevant documents with you shortly. Today, we would like to inform you about the candidates for the upcoming election or the Board of Directors and ask you, whether we are allowed to use a picture of you for promotional purposes.

As part of our effort to show that we’re a community-based organization we would like to show to the outside world that it is our members who constitute the FSLCI – you! To this end we would like to use a picture of you (as demonstrated for example in the picture to the left), your name and possibly a statement of you to promote the FSLCI vis-a-vis other interested stakeholders. We would use this data for example on our website or as a background for presentations about the FSLCI. Of course we value your trust in us and the privacy of your personal data above everything else.
