network_partnershipToday we’re absolutely thrilled to be able to announce that we’ve recently signed partnership agreements with both, the American Centre for Life Cycle Assessment (ACLCA) as well as with the Australian Life Cycle Assessment Society (ALCAS). As part of the partnership agreement, the FSLCI will launch a Regional Networks Coordination Committee.

As part of our efforts to build links with relevant stakeholders around the world, the Committee is meant to facilitate the coordination between national life cycle networks and their activities and provides a great opportunity to exchange experiences and lessons learned.

In going forward, members of ACLCA and ALCAS can join the FSLCI for a discounted rate. FSLCI members interested to join either one of the national networks also benefit from a discount in return. To this end Bill Flanagan, ACLCA’s Chair of the Board of Directors, explains that „this is a really exciting opportunity for us to offer our members the ability to connect also on the international level, and to support enhanced international coordination and collaboration”.

In addition to partnering with ACLCA and ALCAS we are currently in talks with other regional networks as part of our overall objective to enhance collaboration and facilitate knowledge exchange on the global level. If we haven’t approached your network already, please feel free to get in touch with us to discuss possible collaboration opportunities!
