Today we are happy to let you know that our working group on “LCA in Higher Education” recently published a new paper on “Teaching life cycle assessment in higher education” in the International Journal of LCA.
The paper is an outcome of multiple working group workshops and frames five LCA learning and competency levels that differ in terms of study program integration, workload, cognitive domain categories, learning outcomes, and envisioned professional skills. It furthermore provides insights into teaching approaches and content, including software use, related to these levels.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the development of the paper and look forward to next steps of our working group. The paper is available as an open source publication now here.

Kudos to the education working group on the publication of the paper!
I found the framework with the levels & learning outcomes pretty useful to think of in my context too (industry employee, for building up LCA competency in the company and for hiring).
Thanks!
