The virtual conference participation fees are 50% off the physical conference participation fees!

1. Excluding PhD Students who are employed in full capacity and conducting the PhD as a part-time activity | Non-OECD rates can only be selected if the place of residency is in a Non-OECD country!
2. FSLCI Student and Non-OECD members can claim their member rebate by requesting a coupon equal to 50% of their respective 1st year membership fee via [email protected].
3. For ILCAJ members the rebate is only available on Standard and Late Fees. Please get in touch with [email protected] to get a coupon to claim your rebate.

Our LCIC conference is meant to bring together a broad range of interested participants from all over the world. Please find below the registration fees to participate in our conference, either by joining us physically in Berlin, Germany, or by participating remotely from all over the world.

Physical Conference Ticket Participation Fees

Terms for Cancellations or Ticket Changes:

Cancellation:

• 75% of the ticket price is going to be refunded until 01.05., afterwards no refund will be offered.

Change from a Physical to a Virtual Ticket

• The ticket can be changed to a virtual ticket and a refund of the price difference between the physical ticket price paid and the virtual ticket price applicable at the time of the requested change is provided minus a 50€ processing fee. Tickets cannot be changed after the 1st of June, unless a positive PCR test of a COVID infection is provided, which is dated not older than 15.06.

Change from a Virtual to a Physical Ticket

• The ticket can be changed to a physical ticket and the price difference between virtual ticket price paid and the price of the physical ticket applicable at the time of the requested change is going to be charged. Tickets can only be changed until the 15.06.
