During my PhD, we developed an eco-innovation method, specifically designed to integrate the three pillars of sustainability (economic, environmental, and social) into the operations of a French Research and Technology Organization (RTO). The goal of this workshop is to assess the adaptability of the developed methodology to other organizations (preferably RTOs but also applicable to R&D departments).
This methodology involves an assessment method for maturity and the proposal of integration solutions for activities categorized into three levels: strategic, tactical, and operational. Evaluated aspects include integration into strategy and management, incorporation into processes and systematization, employee training, and site management. The methodology could contribute to the development of a comprehensive and interconnected strategy that addresses the complexity of upstream research. The application will encompass several steps, including organization characterization, identification of similarities and differences with our organization, employment of questionnaires, and evaluation of proposed solutions.
The envisioned outcomes involve discerning the unique features of my method tailored to our organization, along with identifying elements that can be replicated, either in full or in part, in other organizational contexts, while establishing clear parameters for such adaptations.
